Redeem Code No Longer Valid

Hi all, I recently purchased a one month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and was given a code to redeem. However, when I try to redeem it there is an error:

 

''This redemption code is no longer valid.
According to our records, the code has been returned to Adobe, and a refund issued.''
 
I returned to the store, Saturn.de to ask what happened but they told me to contact Adobe. Can anyone help with this (screenshot attached)

They can help you validate that the code is not valid. If it is not valid, you will want to contact whoever provided you with a code for a refund.

I am sorry that you had to deal with the frustration of an invalid redemption code. If available in your country, I would encourage you to make future purchases directly through https://www.adobe.com/.

@Peru Bob thanks our engagement engine sometimes grabs punctuation and adds it to the URL. Just got back from break, so need to be careful to get back in the habit of triple-checking the URLs.
