Reembolso facturacion, saber si recibire mi reembolso, realizar reeembolso, solicitar emreembso

Se me realizo un cobro de 400 euros hace unos dias y no deseaba renovar el plan. Ya me he dado de baja en la cuenta pero cuando intento hablar con el chat para solixitar el reembolso es totalmente imposible. Contactar con algun agente se me ha hecho totalmente inviable ya que ni telefono ni por el chat es posible. La cancelacion la hice antes de los 14 dias por lo que entiendo que tengo derecho a mi reembolso asi que si alguien me puede decir como realizarlo seria de agradecer.
