Reembolso por cambio de plan

Cuanto tiempo tarda adobe en reembolsarme el monto del plan que he pagado despues de haber hecho el cambio?
La fecha de pago para el periodo (17 mayo a 17 de junio) era el día 17 de mayo pero debido a un problema con el banco mi TC estaba reportada y adobe no podia realizar el cobro, actualice mi informacion en la pagina y realicé mi pago por el plan de todas las aplicaciones con otra tarjeta, acto seguido cambié mi plan a solo premier y ligthroom, y me arrojó un mensaje que el valor de mi ultimo pago seria abonado a mi cuenta o mi tarjeta, pero aun no recibo ningun abono por el pago que hice o algun tipo de mensaje que hable sobre eso. alguien puede ayudarme?

PD. en mi historial de facturación aparece lo siguiente:

17 may. 2020CréditosADB071433027Creative Cloud Todas las aplicacionesUS$52.99


eso significa que me devolverán el importe pero en creditos adobe? o me reembolsarán a mi TC?
