Reembolso suscripción Adobe Acrobat

Hola el 9 de abril de 2025, desde la aplicación Adobe Acrobat de mi móvil vi la opción de prueba gratuita de 7 días y entonces decidí probarlo. Me llevé la sorpresa que justo después de aceptar recibí directamente el cobro, posteriormente me informé y resulta que solo la opción de suscripción anual incluye la prueba gratuita de 7 días.

 

Dado que estoy dentro del plazo de 14 días, quiero un reembolso total de esa suscripción del primer mes a Adobe Acrobat, siendo hoy el día 10 de abril de 2025. No sé cómo se hace, cuando lo intento me sale un chat de IA y no un agente real.

Hola en el email de confirmación de Google pone que "NO" habrá "REEMBOLSO". Parece que solo se puede cancelar la renovación del mes siguiente, pero no obtendré reembolso del cobro.

Al final ya he recibido respuesta de mi solicitud de reembolso a Google y ha sido rechazada. Aunque la solicitud fue hecha mucho antes del plazo de 14 días. He adjuntado imágenes donde figura que el cobro fue realizado el día 9 de abril de 2025. Al parecer otros usuarios también han reportado en opiniones en Google Play Store con el mismo caso (los días 19 de marzo de 2025 y 4 de abril de 2025). No sé qué hacer para que realmente me acepten el reembolso.
