REEMBOLSO Y COBRO DOBLE

Hace dos semanas cambié mi plan por uno más económico. Sin embargo, en la web de Adobe todavía aparece el aviso de que actualice mi método de pago para cobrar el plan anterior, en lugar del que tengo contratado actualmente. Además, al cambiar de plan me correspondía un reembolso, ya que la suscripción se modificó cuando ya habían transcurrido algunos días del mes, y deberían devolverme la parte proporcional.

Mi duda es la siguiente: si actualizo ahora el método de pago para poder recibir ese reembolso, ¿me van a cobrar el plan antiguo? No entiendo qué está pasando, porque en teoría tengo un plan activo en este momento.

you have to fix payment problems, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html, before you can change a plan.

 

if you properly change a plan no penalty will be assessed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html
