Hola, en que horario puedo hablar con un asesor? Me aparece en la tarjeta el cargo doble de esta aplicación, la cual di de baja antes del periodo de prueba. Quiero saber cuando voy a tener el reembolso de ambos cargos

Here's a screenshot of the Adobe orders I canceled fairly quickly because they weren't what I needed. The charges now appear on my credit card, but not the refunds.

Entiendo, pero el problema es que no me hicieron el reembolso ustedes, como si hubiese adquirido el producto pero yo lo cancelĆ© antes del perĆ­odo de prueba gratuita. Tienen que darme una solución, esto no tiene que ver con la tarjeta sino con que me estĆ”n cobrando un plan que no tengo y no me reembolsaron lo que corresponde por haber cancelado el perĆ­odo de prueba a tiempo

Hola quĆ© tal? me vuelvo a comunicar, ya que hablĆ© con el banco y con la tarjeta de crĆ©dito y en ambos lugares me respondieron que ellos no pueden hacer nada al respecto con mi problema, ya que yo solicitĆ© el servicio pero le di de baja antes de que finalice la prueba gratuita por lo que ustedes deberĆ­an hacerme los reembolsos correspondientes en un plazo de 3 a 5 dĆ­as hĆ”biles, pero ya es 31 de marzo y esto fue el 12 de marzo y no poseo ningĆŗn reembolso en mi tarjeta. Necesito una solución urgente a este problema, no voy a pagar por un servicio (duplicado ademĆ”s) el cual no estoy teniendo, ya que en mi cuenta no aparece que tenga contratado este servicio de Adobe porque le di de baja antes de que finalice la prueba gratuita.
