¿Queria saber como puedo solicitar el reembolso?
Primero tengo que cancelar la subscripcion que ya me cobraron?? Se que si pasa mas de 14 días ya no puedes solicitar el reembolso.
En mi caso solo paso 1 dia despues del cobro del 1er mes de ser Premium
Estoy pasando por problemas económicos y de salud, esa plata que puse para la suscripción me hace mucha falta.
Solo tenia planeado usar las funciones premium por esos 4 días antes que ocurra el cobro.
No llegue a cancelar la suscripción por falta de tiempo y una urgencia que no me esperaba
