if yes, does it show the date of trials or subscription start and cancellation dates, ansd if so, what are they?

i only have one email, and it says "Cancellation confirmation We have processed your cancellation request. Your service will end on 18-Feb-2025 (PT). From then on, your membership will revert to the basic, free level. Free members still have limited access to Creative Cloud services and 2 GB of free online storage. You may need to delete files to comply with the new storage"

In my invoice and billing history, I only see one order that I made, but there is no record of a cancellation

We understand your concern.I see the subscription that you had purchased was successfully cancelled and a refund was also issued. The refund has been processed and usually takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. Kindly get in touch with your bank if you don't see the refund in 7 working days.
