Reembolso.

termino mi semana gratuita y el mismo dia que me debitaron cancele la compra.. me devolvieron solo una parte cuando el reembolso deberia ser total. que puedo hacer ?

As per your account details, you still have an active subscription for Adobe CC all apps. Earlier you used Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Stock and cancelled on the 14th day. 
I can see that you have been reimbursed for both of the applications post cancellation.

Tengo solo activo el pack que si pague! 

Pero tengo cancelado el anterior que lo cancele el mismo día que me debitaron. Solo me pagaron uno y me falta el resto.

Hola! Imposible que sea el día 14 porque inicie la prueba gratuita de una semana y el mismo día que finalizó cancele la compra. Te adjunto que solo me devolvieron 13.000 de los 31.000 y NO fueron devueltos en una misma transacción, ahora tengo un plan activo de estudiante. Pero anteriormente lo cancele antes de los 14 días

there's only one free trial per user.  if you start another trial after the first trial, there's no free 7 day trail and you immediately start a subscription.

Ya lo sé! La prueba gratuita terminó y pedí mi reembolso , que debería ser total.

Después contraté con descuento universitario , de eso no tengo queja.

Solo no me devolvieron el reembolso de esa prueba gratuita que terminó y me descontaron.

you were refunded for two (photoshop and stock) subscriptions. some fees (probably for stock photos that you downloaded, but i'm not sure) may have been deducted from those refunds.

Ahí mismo dice en las screenshots que pase... 17.000 y algo me deberían reembolsar y solo me pagaron 13.000

yes, and that's far too little for the all apps subscription.  eg, what does the it show when you start to check the all apps subscription on https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

Sinceramente siento que esto ya es una falta de respeto y que me están boludeando de una manera total! 

No es tan difícil de comprender que contraté una semana gratuita de Photoshop y todas las aplicaciones sin descuento y el día que se me terminó la prueba gratuita me descontaron, ese mismo día hizo el reclamo para el reembolso no esperé que pasen 14 días ni cinco ni mucho menos ese mismo día hice el reclamo. Lo que estoy pidiendo es una solución a por qué me reembolsaron la mitad del precio total de todo el paquete. 

Actualmente compré el paquete de todas las aplicaciones pero el precio es menor porque tiene descuento universitario.
