Contratei o plano dia 30/12 porem no mesmo dia solicitei o cancelamento e me foi concedido, porem esta sendo descontado todo mes o valor de 139,00 desde janeiro/2025, sendo que, o cancelamento nos primeiros 7 dias eram sem cobrança alguma. o mesmo tal plano" incluia o Lightroom, porem tenho o app, e nunca foi me disponinilizado nenhum dos serviços incluidos no tal plano, o que, comprova que nem se quer esteve disponivel pra mim usufruir de quaisquer serviço, desejo o cancelamento da assitura sem qualquer valor a ser cobrado e também o reembolso dos 5 meses  cobrado, segue em anexo os compovantes do cancelamento.

Mas não me deixam cancelar até que eu pague a mensalidade de algo que eu nunca usei e tenho comprovante da solicitação de cancelamento antes dos 7 dias, você vai pagar ? porque caso contrário não me deixam cancelar esta coisa
