Hola, solicito reembolso de facturación del Plan Anual Mensual de mi cuenta de Adobe de enero 2026 debido a un incremento en el costo mensual, ya se me hizo el cobro el 1 de enero del presente año, y ya no requiero la suscripción, ya fue cancelado el plan, por lo que necesito el reembolso.
