hola queria publicar que solicite un rembolso de un plan de adobe 

Creative Cloud Todas las Aplicaciones

despues de la pruba gratuita y esto fue justo cuando se acabo ya que olvide que tenia la suscripcion, pense que la habia cancelado, luego se me cobro y imediatamente cancele el plan anrtes de los 14 dias habliles y despues espere a que se me entregara el rembolso hazta hoy 24 de diciembre cuando cancele el 2 de diciembre y solicite el rembolso el mismo dia, porfavor pido que se me devuelva mi dinero el cual se me cobro aprx 25 dolares siendo este el pedido AB04955202500CCL y todavia nada aunque halla seguido todos los pasos, porfavor solicito contactarme con alguien para que me pueda devolver el dinero

bien si alguien mas vio la anterior publicacion esta es una nueva donde dire todo a detalle, yo use la prueba gratuita de adobe creative cloud (un mes al parecer) un sabado 30/11 luego se acabo el periodo de prueba y cancele el 7/12 para que luego se me cobre a mi cuenta santander (n del movimiento 000000183) un monto de 24.000 clp aprx este cobro fue el 9/12 (todo esto en este aƱo (2024)) la cosa es que yo no tengo la forma de saber cuando se me procesa el cobramiento de esto y ademas todavia 24/12 no me llega mi rembolso a mi cuenta santander, en la anterior publicacion hable con agentes de adobe y aunque me dieron respuestas no fueron las que yo esperaba igualmente agaradesco y segun las politicas y en base a lo que yo leeimi rembolso deberia seer aceptado y me deberia devolver el dinero sin cargos ya que lo lo cancele antes de los 14 dias asi que porfavor solito el rembolso lo mas rapido posible y si buscan pruebas tengo capturas correos y fechas  ademas de datos bancarios, porfavor nesecito el dinero.

ah y el asistente virtual no le puedo hacer bypass con ala palabra agent porque me dice que necesito un plan etc la cosa es que no me deja contactar con un agente por otros medios que no sean estos
