Hi all
a subscription that is not used for a year has been renewed automatically on November 20th 2025, I just canceled it and received confirmation email that cancelation will take place on November 20th 2026, with no word about refund.
how to reach a refund option or contact adobe for a refund

refunds are automatic, if you're entitled to a refund.

The dates you wrote indicate an annual plan, not an annual plan with monthly payments
Unfortunately, my knowledge (as another user, not an employee) is that you should have cancelled before the renewal
Nobody here in a public forum can help, you MAY be able to get someone at Adobe to help
