Refund confirmation

After a while waiting for the agent to reply I finally got my refund from an auto charge. But the problem is I can see the cancel mail notification but not about the refund confirm. Should I talk to support again because of this? and I am sure that I checked mail many time even with spam

what are the dates of your emails from adobe regarding 

1. your trial start 

2. your cancellation
