Hi
I chose a 7-day trial of Adobe Premiere Pro. I was supposed to cancel it on the 7th to avoid this month's fee, but Adobe charged me for the plan. After withdrawing the money, I immediately canceled my plan. Can I get a refund? I canceled the plan on January 24 (the day the fee was charged) and I still haven't received my refund

Hi there,

Adobe offers a trial of 7 days. In case the users forget to cancel and purchase the subscription, then they can cancel and get full refund within 14 days. You can get more info here: https://adobe.ly/3HJgzvi

As per your account info, your subscription lasted for 15 days. This is the reason the refund has not been initiated yet.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
