Good Afternoon,
I would like to refund photoshop elements as it does not do what i want it to do. I have tried to find a contact number or an email and have found nothing as the contact us page only links to an FAQ and does not link to a contacts page. I have been at this for hours now and am no closer, every link i find only goes back to the FAQ and not a contact number or email. If someone could please give me a contact email or a contact number (preferably an email address) it would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the response,
I have followed those steps, my issue is the contact us link does not take me to a contact page but takes me to an FAQ. I do not have any issues deactivating or uninstalling it, my issue is i have no way to contact adobe in order to ask for a refund.

I have tried clicking the contact us button and the link is dead, every other link works except for that one. The phone link you sent does list a way to speak to them online but again, that links back to the FAQ. I would ring by phone but i work full time and am unable to make calls monday to friday at 9 to 5 which are their operating hours.

I have now successfully managed to get my refund after contacting adobe support, thank you for all your help
