I bought a free trial and forgot to cancel it so I was paid. I canceled when I saw this. It's been 11 days since the plan was taken. Will this be refunded?

if you canceled within 2 weeks of starting your trial, yes.  otherwise, you may have a substantial penalty.

it says "we couldn't find any refunds associated with your account." but I think it will appear when the refund is deposited into my account.
