i canceled my photshop subscription after 2 days and i lost 20 dollars and i cant get a refund. this was over 6 months and i still am waiting for the 20 bucks

If you had the plain for two month than cancelled it you may have had a yearly plain you were paying monthly. If that is the case You may owe Adobe an early cancellation fee. Around $50 call Adobe find out what you may owe them.
You can cancel your subscription any time via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support*. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
