Hi everyone,
I signed up for an Adobe free trial and forgot to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. As soon as I realized, I immediately canceled it, and I was informed that I was eligible for a refund since I was within the 14-day refund period.
They mentioned I would receive my refund within 5-7 business days, but it has now been 8 days, and I haven’t received my money back yet. As a student, I really need this refund, and I’m hoping someone can assist me with this.
Has anyone experienced something similar, and how long did it take for you to receive your refund? Any advice on what I should do next?
Thanks for your help!
Hi Nancy,
We appreciate your patience. The refund process has been completed from our end. We would recommend you to check with your bank if there is any issue from their end.
