I have started a nonprofit organization and realized that I'm able to utilize my nonprofit for discounted rates on my Adobe so I went to cancel my plan found out that they charged not one account but they charged two accounts so I went in and found out. I have two plans under the same name which didn't make no sense. Don't know exactly when either one of them started either but I would like to get a full refund for the two different charges that they charge my account with today. I understand that as I was canceling, the offer offered me free 90 days to keep it open, but my best bet is to cancel everything and restart it under my nonprofit organization where I'm able to utilize the discounts from there can you please refund me back my money for the two accounts that you pulled Adobe out of or who can I speak to in regards to receiving a refund?

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Thanks for reaching out, @Tipdlady_. As per your account details, you have pending dues on your subscription. Cancellations can only be done if there are no pending dues on the account. Please refer to this article to know how to fix your pending payment: https://adobe.ly/3M7nBQe
Once the payment is done, you can cancel your plan following this article: https://adobe.ly/4ivv8nO
In addition to this, the Creative Cloud plan on your account is an annual plan billed monthly. I would advice you to check the subscription terms before proceeding with the cancellation: https://adobe.ly/48gWB9x
I hope it helps.
