Hello,
I think I am getting scammed!!! I subscribed in 2 trials for Adobe illustrator and Adobe stock and I cancelled the 2 trials 1 day before ending.
Yesterday I found out that Adobe took the money from my bank account even the subscription is cancelled.
Today I am trying to communicate with an agent and the chatbot keep rejecting me by saying that I am not allowed to do so because I don't have an active subscription!!!
Should I pay for a plan to communicate with an agent in order to get a refund for a plan already cancelled before the deadline??

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I am sorry you did not find value from your usage of our services. Please see https://adobe.ly/4cOx9sD for information on the cancellation process, including the timeline for any refunds that are provided. ^JW
