I was not able to cancel the subscription because it kept trying to use a card that declined. So the system didn't give the option. Now that it successfully took the money I was able to go in and cancel. I would like to request money back

You have 14 days from the start of a trial to cancel with no fee (or a refund if a fee was charged)

 

After 14 days there is no refund

I tried to cancel the subscription prior to it renewing. However since the
payment was in process of taking out for a few days it would not give me
the option to cancel. It would say declined but the option to stop the
subscription was paused. So now that the payment was taken out I was able
to cancel.
