Refund Request

New Here ,

Is there anyway to receive a partial refund if I stopped using adobe services a while back but still got charged for it? I used adobe (mostly for premiere pro) for about 4 months and then after that I never used it ever again. Then for the next months 6 months I was constantly being charged by adobe and didn't know how to cancel my subcription, the montly cost was $17 which was a pain, but recently I was charged 44$ and it put me in the negative :'' ( I'm kinda broke.
In school and money is tight, would love to hear back!

usage isn't tracked so that's a long shot.

check the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Hi @pursauntapple80_9473

Thank you for reaching out.
Adobe offers refunds only if the subscription is canceled within the first 14 days of purchase. After reviewing your account details, I found that your plan has been active for about a year, which makes it ineligible for a refund.
Please let me know if you’d like assistance with managing your current plan or exploring other options.
