Hello. I have changed from a monthly subscription to a yearly one bought from Amazon. I cancelled my monthly one as I was charged despite having a new subscription. Hence I was charged £52.06p cancellation fee, despite not cancelling, just swapping! How can I get a refund for this? Surely if you subscribe to a new deal the old one should be cancelled. Please advise
