I started a free trial and i didn't enjoy photoshop so I just left it and didn't want it anymore. I have checked my bank and have just been charged 20 quid for it when I don't want it, so I thought ok ill just cancel it and I should get a refund, but when I went to cancel the plan they want to charge me 110 quid just to cancel it, can someone explain how this is a free trial when you are going to be charged this amount to cancel it. Im not paying the 110 quid to cancel it and want a 20 quid refund since its a TRIAL and you use a TRIAL to test if you like something.
This is absolutely awful considering I'm talking to a bot that can't understand basic English, can some one that's actually real help me with this please.

in Basic English you really should not assume walking away would have cancelled your bill and the actual law reguards to refunds in cases like this is not what most people think... boils down to where you live and does Adobe feel like being nice but in any case, this forum is for people to people questions [we are not staff] and not billing issues
