Hello, I have a problem with my payment. My payment was deducted from my account when I had no active plans, nor did they show up as active on my profile. Can I request a refund please? Thank you for your reply

Hi , I've moved your post from the Photoshop forum to the Account, Payment and Plans forum which is more relevant to your issue. Note though that the forum is predominently answered by volunteers, we do not work for Adobe, and cannot access your account so these forums are not the place to request a refund.

If you receive a private message requesting account information then be very careful. Scammers are known to do that posing as employees. Genuine employees that do answer in the forum are clearly identified by their Adobe badging.

If the link provided by kglad does not answer your question you MAY have had your card information stolen, which would mean contacting the fraud department for your credit card

Hi @eva_7601,

Thanks for reaching out. I checked and found that you have an active monthly subscription to Adobe Photoshop which is why you have been charged. The subscription was canceled on Feb 16, 2025 and will continue till March 15, 2025.

Let us know if you have any questions.
