Hello, i have purchased adobe student teacher on the 7 of this month, but then a day or 2 later i decided to change it to the photography plan, but i have never received the refund of the difference between the two plans, it was under 14 days of purchase. I called customer service and they said that they have send it, but i haven't received anything. Can someone help me with this please. Thank you

It has been only a few days. I would wait a month to see a credit appear on my statement.
