Adobe customer service is shocking!! I have been trying since the 20/11 to get the remaining £170 refunded to me after I ended up with four accounts. I have been told 4 times the refund has been initiated but no refund. I doubt very much I will ever get the refund, I am absolutely shocked that this has happened. I have been subscribing for a number of years but I doubt very much I will subscribe again.
