Refund

How do I get a refund for a cancelled subscription?  My account was charged last January 13 and I Cancelled it the same day I got the notification because I don't need it anymore!

My refund request has been denied saying it does not meet the conditions?

The Expiration indicated is January 13, 2026 how come it's not eligible?

then, if you still have questions, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I cancelled the Subscription, why it’s not eligible for refund even though
I cancelled it on the same day I received that Charged from my Account? The
Subscription is for a year are you blind?

there's only one free trial.  ie, you can't use a 2nd trial.  this is to prevent users from using free trials week after week.

 

so, the 2nd time you signed up, you signed up for a subscription even though you thought it was a free trial when you started.  adobe didn't realize you were not entitled to (another) free trial until you submitted your info.
