I bought adobe premeir last year i dint use it and haven't used in 10 months. it just renewed 2 days ago and I was not aware otherwise I would have canceled.
PLEASE do not send me a link. or tell me its an "active" subscription. I made a mistake I forgot to cancel. I am simply asking for a refund on a software I am not using nor plan to use.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

Please read everything so you know what you are doing BEFORE you buy a subscription... the link below has the information you need

If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription
