I was signed for a subscription that I didn't want. I reached out to you guys last week and the Samsung app people to cancel it. Then today I get charged 69.99. I have no idea where to go or how to speak to a real person to get a refund

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

The customer support link when I go to click on it does nothing. But I was able to talk to their support team a different way and they sent me back to Adobe because they can't help.

I am sorry, Daring, but the subscription is showing as being purchased from Samsung. While we can see that your trial is active, any charges for the service will come from Samsung. Are you not able to cancel the service within the Galaxy Store? ^JW
