Hello, my 1 TB Lightroom subscription has been canceled. I've been waiting for a refund for a week. In the chat, every employee tells me something different: that the refund has already been processed, or another says it hasn't been processed yet because there was an error. There's no refund visible in my account. Can anyone tell me what I should do?

you can't work-around adobe support. and 1 week is the minimum expected time to wait. ie, be more patient or you'll waste a lot of time.

We are sorry for the wait. I checked and found that the refund has been initiated on June 10, 2025. It usually take minimum 5-7 working days for refund to process.
