Apple owns subscriptions and transactions made on their platform. I don't know if we have a way to directly reimburse for iOS transactions.
You could try contacting Adobe Support directly to see what help they can provide:

Otherwise, you might try contact Apple Support. They are usually very helpful and may be able to issue a refund if you explain the situation.
