sooo uuuhh, a motnh ago i payed a illustrator 14-days-free trial on sep 30th, and i forgot to cancel it later oct 14th, can i get reimburse still¿

I would doubt that you qualify for a refund. It looks to me that you took a subscription to Illustrator for teams, and it seems to me that you now have an annual subscription. And you missed the deadline to cancel.

 

If you have any question concerning your status or your contract or your possibility to exit your contract, I suggest you check this with customer support. You can contact customer support via the admin console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support.

you ca make your case to adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
