Como hago un rembolso, use la prueba gratuita pero no cancele y me descontó la subcripscion, como hago rembolso a eso.

Hello @Jeffrey_A_Wright I just realised on my email that my subscriptiom got renewed just now, but I thought I had cancelled this. I went ahead and cancelled it again. Now it seems that the subscription will run until the next month august 15, 2025. I would really appreciate if we cancel this transaction, close my account and get a refund of this last transaction please. i really thought the subscription was cancelled, and there was no reminder about the next monthly payment before they charged it today, please help
