Hola estoy pasando el mismo dÃa con el reembolso, escribo a soporte pero solo me responde el asistente virtual estoy escribiendo desde hace 5 dÃas y me dice que no hay agente, me conecto al horario que me dicen y el asistente virtual me dice lo mismo la verdad ya no se que hacer, si conseguiste alguna respuesta o solución porfa te agradecerÃa si me ayudarás
