remboursement a échoué

Bonjour,

J'ai obtenu un remboursement par le service client adobe mais celui ici n'est jamais parvenu jusqu'a mon compte.

Ma banque m'a confirmé par e-mail que le virement n'était pas la mais les gens avec qui je chat sur le support ne veulent rien faire de plus alors que le remboursement n'est JAMAIS arrivé sur mon compte.

Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà vécu un cas similaire ? Comment puis je faire pour qe cela aboutisse ?

what's your account say, https://account.payment.plan

 

was the refund completed?  what payment method was made?  

 

whatever payment was made, that's where the refund goes.

contact support and ask.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Cela fait 3 fois que je fais cette procédure et que je parle avec un
humain. Deux fois fois on me dit que le remboursement est lancé et puis
rien n'arrive sur mon compte en banque.
C'est incroyable !

We are sorry for the experience. I checked again and it clearly states that the refund was initiated on January 7, 2025. Ideally it should have been credited to your bank account by now.
Since this is a public forum, I can not share more details here. I would also advise you to reach out to support and see if there is anything stuck from Adobe's end. Please start a private chat session here: https://adobe.ly/4h0ASVi suggested by @kglad above.

I know it can be frustrating. Again, I'm sorry for the experience. I hope it gets resolved asap.
