Bonjour,
J'ai obtenu un remboursement par le service client adobe mais celui ici n'est jamais parvenu jusqu'a mon compte.
Ma banque m'a confirmé par e-mail que le virement n'était pas la mais les gens avec qui je chat sur le support ne veulent rien faire de plus alors que le remboursement n'est JAMAIS arrivé sur mon compte.
Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà vécu un cas similaire ? Comment puis je faire pour qe cela aboutisse ?

what's your account say, https://account.payment.plan
was the refund completed? what payment method was made?
whatever payment was made, that's where the refund goes.

contact support and ask. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

We are sorry for the experience. I checked again and it clearly states that the refund was initiated on January 7, 2025. Ideally it should have been credited to your bank account by now.
