Remove Unused Credit Cards

How the actual expletive do I get in contact with someone to remove some unused cards on my account? I follow the directions and then it takes me back to self help [removed]. I have searched the forums, the internet, and everytime I am sent in a loop.

We should not have to chase after Adobe for this. The web site should give you the option of removing a credit card you no longer wish to use. I am going through the process right now and all other vendors I use allow me to do this. It is against the law not to allo an individual to have their payment information removed easily.

you have to leave a payment option if you want to keep your adobe account.

I had checked that link before. It only shows how to add and update, but not remove.

edit the card you want to remove.

Edit means, changing the number, expiration date, etc. It's to DELETE the card.
Edit means UPDATE, not DELETE.

You cant remove all the credit card numbers and save it. It's not how it works.
Clearly you don't know what you are talking about. Community expert? Really?

Just search this forum and you'll find the same questions without a solution.
You cant just edit and clear all fields and save.

again, you have to replace with another card unless you want to remove your access.

I have already added a new card, but I still can't remove it. You're replies are worse then a duplicate post, wastes times and leads no where.
Was it posting useless info that made you an "expert"?  No wonder...
