Adobe just notified me that on my annual renewal my creative cloud package will be downgraded from the premium to the starter version. There is no proper explanation of this and the new package does not appear to include lightroom, which is my main interest for use. It seems impossible to contact adobe too find out more.
Sorry, but no one this forum can help with subscription problems. You can go to account.adobe.com and see if there are useful clues there; otherwise you have to contact Adobe.
