Hi everyone, first time poster. Last week I renewed my yearly subscription but now when I try to enter Lightroom, a message appears saying I only have limited access until I renew.

 

I'm a little confused as what to do. I tried contacting customer support but they are very busy.

 

Thanks for any help!
