Replace Lightroom with 3D Program

I would like to replace Lightroom with the Adobe 3D program. I never use Lightroom but am greatly missing the 3D option in my Photoshop CC.

i'm pretty sure you'll end up contacting adobe support sooner or later in the process of trying to change plans, so you may as well start there,

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

1. Substance 3D tools are not included in Creative Cloud.  That's a separate subscription.

2. You'll likely pay a 50% early termination fee for cancelling Lightroom before your 12th month of service.
