Every month, every employee who has their own creative cloud subscription must sign into the site, navigate to their account, navigate to the list of invoices and click a button to have the invoice PDF be e-mailed.
They must then wait for that invoice to show up in their e-mail so that they can then either forward the e-mail to accounting or store it in the Accounts Payable Department Document management system.
The purpose of this post is to garner support from the community for a feature request to add an option to the portal to automatically e-mail that monthly invoice as a PDF File if the option is enabled to avoid the need to have accounting departments chase employees to log in and download invoices every month.

Unfortunately, Adobe doesn't send the invoices as you have access to invoice history from your account portal at https://account.adobe.com

This is the only software company I have encountered that has the most complicated and difficult process of getting an invoice. Adobe a document processing
software company makes it impossible to get your invoice emailed. They have no solution for getting an invoice delivered to an accounting department. The only option is to transfer the ownership to an employee and have them use their personal credit card to get the invoice and then submit it for reimbursement. That's bulI crap. Adobe is required as a merchant to provide the transaction receipt immediately upon approval but, they make so difficult it takes a 30 minute call or chat each time so they can guide to the place they have hidden. I completely agree that in the year 2021 it's infallible that Adobe cannot send an automatic email with an invoice on it and that is why I no longer want to use Adobe with my company. We're actively looking for another solution and as someone said in another post, "Cancel the contact delete the software and your days will be easier."
