Request for Cancellation and Waiver of Early Termination Fee

I recently realized that after using the Adobe Pro free trial, my plan was automatically converted into a paid annual subscription. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation deadline and was not aware that the subscription would auto-renew into a yearly plan. Since I have not been actively using the service and did not intend to continue with a paid plan, I kindly request that you review my case. I am being asked to pay an early termination fee of 1,900 TRY, which I am unable to afford at the moment. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me cancel my subscription without the penalty, considering the circumstances. I hope you understand that this was unintentional and I did not mean to activate a long-term paid subscription.

you have to cancel your own subscription. it can't be done via a request here.

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Please read everything so you know what you are doing BEFORE you buy a subscription... the link below has the information you need
.
If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription
