Request for Consideration: Cancellation of Two Adobe Plans Without Termination Fee

Dear Adobe Support Team,

 

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing with deep humility and respect to request your kind consideration regarding an issue I encountered with my Adobe subscriptions (adobe acrobat pro, adobe studio).

 

Due to an oversight on my part, I accidentally enrolled in two separate Adobe plans. My original intention was to cancel within the trial period, as I have access to a company-owned Adobe account and did not need a personal subscription. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation window and was subsequently charged for both plans over the past two months.

 

I take full responsibility for this mistake. However, I sincerely appeal to your understanding and compassion. Please cancel the two subscriptions with no termination fee, and if possible if I could have a refund?  As a minimum wage employee, the charges have placed a significant financial strain on me. The amount spent could have gone toward essential needs for my family, and I have not used the personal plans at all since I rely solely on my company’s Adobe account.

 

I have great respect for Adobe and continue to advocate for its products within my workplace. I kindly ask if you could consider canceling both plans without applying the termination fee. This gesture would mean a great deal to me and would reaffirm the trust and goodwill I hold toward your company.

I am writing with deep respect and humility to request your kind assistance
regarding an issue with my Adobe subscription.

I recently discovered that I had subscribed to two separate Adobe plans. My
original intention was to subscribe to one only and to cancel within the
trial period, as I was about to receive access to a company-owned Adobe
account. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation window, and I take full
responsibility for this oversight.

As a minimum wage employee, the automatic charges for both plans over the
past two months have placed a significant financial strain on me. I have
not used either plan, as I’ve been relying solely on my company’s Adobe
account for work-related tasks. The funds spent could have gone toward
essential needs for my family, and I am truly hoping for your understanding
and compassion in this matter.

I respectfully request that both plans be canceled, that the termination
fees be waived and please could have a refund of some of the amount paid. I
continue to hold Adobe in high regard, both personally and professionally,
and I sincerely hope for your kind consideration.
