Request for Refund and Subscription Cancellation

Dear Adobe Support Team,

My name is Nazerke, and I noticed a payment (7,83$) was charged to my bank card (number removed by moderator) on 06/08/2025 for a subscription. However, I do not recall subscribing to any Adobe service. Therefore, I kindly request the following:

  1. A review of this charge and a refund of the amount billed.
  2. Cancellation of any active subscription linked to my account.

Please let me know if any further information or verification is needed from my side. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I've moved your post from Using the Community to Account, Payment, and Plan. I also removed your credit card number from this public forum, but am not sure if I was quick enough before the scammers picked it up. Please notify your bank.

 

You will need to contact Adobe Customer Care directly to assist with billing. They are the only ones who can assist.

Hi @nazerke_8272,

We appreciate you contacting us. I looked into your account information. There is no active or trial subscription associated with this email address.

Also, I could not find any transactions initiated from Adobe's end.
Did you check with your bank about the transaction? Also, please make sure you have any other email addresses associated with the Adobe subscription.

Dear Adobe Support,

 

Yes, you are correct. There is no subscription with this email, but I have noticed an unauthorized charge on my bank card. I have not subscribed to or purchased any services. I am reaching out to you to investigate this matter and request a refund.  If you have private or support email I can share with the information related to the transaction made from my bank card. 

 

I kindly ask you to resolve this issue and provide clarification on the charge.
