Hi everyone,
I recently signed up for a free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud. I was not aware that the trial would automatically renew at the end of the period, and I was charged well over $114,95 for a monthly subscription. I would like to request a refund for this charge.
I understand that Adobe has a policy of not refunding charges for automatically renewed subscriptions. However, I believe that this is a case where an exception should be made. I did not intend to subscribe to a monthly plan, and I was not aware that the trial would automatically renew.
I am a student, and I am on a tight budget. I cannot afford to pay $114,95 per month for Adobe Creative Cloud. I would be grateful if you would consider refunding my charge.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Hong Anh
contact adobe support and make your case. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scam
