Request Refund due to price increase without my approval

I had a Creative Cloud subscription since last year and was very happy with the price. Now I have received a new invoice of my annual fee today and 419.88 USD was charged to my credit card. I did not agree to this price increase and was not informed about it. I have therefore canceled the subscription immediately!! Unfortunately, I can't reach anyone because it's currently outside Adobe's opening hours.
In any case, the price increase was unlawful and I would like to be refunded immediately!
