Request Refund for Accidental Annual Subscription

Hello, I had signed up for a free trial of the annual subscription before November 22nd or atleast had signed up for the subscription and had not yet cancelled.

On the 22nd, I updated my payment method with my Apple Account, and Adobe automatically took $99.99 out of my account. All the while, I was only permitting and Apple purchase of maybe $1-2. This was an unauthorized charge to my personal debit account. Please refund the $99.99 as I did not even have the opportunity to authorize this purchase.

you need to cancel your subscription (asap) for a refund.  if you subscribed via adobe.com:

 

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
