Dear Adobe Support Team,
I currently have an active Adobe Photoshop Individual subscription under my personal Adobe ID, but I would like to switch to a Business (Teams) plan under my company instead.
Could you please assist me in:
1. Cancelling my current Individual plan without any early termination fee
2. And helping me start a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription under my company’s name and billing information?
I’m not requesting any refund, only that the early cancellation charge be waived, as I intend to continue using Adobe Photoshop for professional/company purposes.
