Hi, I would like to receive a refund as well as canceling my trial.

Originally, I subscribed the the 7-day free trial but then I couldn't figure out how to cancel it on the final day. My administrator is the University of Oregon and I've already tried to contact support from them but it did not work. It said I could get a refund within 14 days (I think?) after the trial ends. So, I was hoping I could contact someone from the Adobe community to get a refund as I wasn't planning on spending $30 when I no longer need to use Adobe.

When you are signed into the correct personal account, then you can use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/4fbrAUs. The plan is active, so make sure to cancel it soon to reduce any fees or charges. You can find more information about any associated fees at https://adobe.ly/3ZLu4Vp. ^JW
